She has over seven years experience providing CBT to clients with common mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder in NHS settings. She sits on the committee for the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Accreditation Programme for Psychological Therapies Services.
Joanna Lubran is a BACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience working with Anxiety, Anxiety Related Disorders, Physical, Mental & Emotional Abuse, Anger, Addiction, Anorexia, Bereavement, Bulimia, Bipolar, Depression, Gender Issues, Eating Disorders, Over-Eating, Panic Attacks, Phobia's, Relationship Issues, Trauma, Under-Eating and Workplace Stress.
Jayne Cookson is a qualified counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has a BACP approved first class honours degree in humanistic counselling using transactional analysis, a play therapy certificate, Rewind trauma training, and mindfulness training. Jayne has a particular interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and issues of relationships and self-esteem. She believes that we all have the potential to make changes throughout our lives given the right tools and environment.
Suzie Poyser is a qualified person-centred counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over 7 years of experience in supporting adults and young people with a broad range of issues and challenges.
