Dr Nollaig Houlihan is a general practitioner and babylon GP. She graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway.
She has a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine, a Diploma in Psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians Ireland, Diploma in Diabetes in Primary Care and a Certificate in Contraception and Women's Health.
She is fluent in Gaelic and is a keen sportswoman. She has represented her county Galway in Senior Camogie. She played for NUIG in the Ashbourne Camogie intervarsity Championship from 2001-2007 and won Ashbourne Shield Medals in 2002 and 2003 and Ashbourne All-Star award in 2003. She has various medals at interclub level. She was the Limerick Junior Ladies Football team Doctor in the All Ireland in Croke Park 2010.
Nollaig also enjoys shopping, going to the gym and socialising with friends.
