Here's everything you need to know about the 'Ask a question' feature of the app. If you think we've missed anything out, please let us know by emailing


Q. Is 'Ask a question' a chat service?

A. No, you can ask one question and you will receive one answer. If you like you can attach a photograph to your question, and you can also ask by vocal recording. If you ask by vocal recording you will still receive your answer in text.


Q. Who is answering the questions?

A. Members of our Clinical Team answer our questions. Our Clinical Team is made up of fully qualified doctors and nurses.


Q. How long will it take for me to get a response?

A. Your questions are answered between the hours of 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. If you send your question during these hours you should receive your reply very quickly. If you send your question outside of these hours it is likely you will have to wait for regular working hours before receiving a response. 


Q. How will I know my question has been answered?

A. You will receive an in-app notification and an email notifying you that your question has been answered.  


Q. Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask?

A. No, you can ask as many questions as you like.
