Q. How do I reset my password?
A. At the sign in screen you have the option to reset your password. If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Forgotten Password' link at the bottom of the screen. babylon will then send an email to your registered email account. Simply follow the prompts to reset your password.

Q. How do I change my personal details?
A. To change and update your details go to Clinical Records, and click on Your Details. Here you can edit or update your name, email, phone number, address DOB, and other personal information. In Clinical Records you can also update your GP details as well as your medical history.
Q. How do I add my family to my account?
A. You can add your family members to your account. Go to My Settings in the top left hand corner of your home-screen, select Family Accounts, and add your family members. If your family member is under the age of 16 they will be subscribed to your account until the age of 16. When they turn 16 they will be prompted to create their own account via email.
If your child is over the age of 16 you can add them to your account and select and pay for their subscription. You will, however, need to include their personal email address as they will receive further instruction via email about how to create their own babylon account.
Q. How do I add a promotional code to my account?
A. If you have a promotional code, you can add this when signing up. To add a promotional code to an existing account you can go to My Settings in the top left hand corner of the babylon home-screen, Subscriptions, Edit, select the subscription you wish to edit and enter the promotional code into the field available. Please note if you enter your promotional code during a month of a subscription you will not be refunded. If you have any problems please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
