Therapy Service Lead
Rebecca Minton is a senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the BABCP (The British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies), and a clinical supervisor. She has over seven years experience providing CBT to clients with common mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder in NHS settings. She holds a PG diploma in CBT.
Rebecca is a team coordinator and service manager for two large NHS psychological therapies services in London. She sits on the committee for the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Accreditation Programme for Psychological Therapies Services. She has also helped to review, design and set up psychological therapies services whilst working for the NHS and in an advisory capacity.
Rebecca is an NHS Clinical Leadership Fellow. She completed a national training programme in clinical leadership and was awarded a PG certificate in Leadership and Service Improvement.
In her spare time, Rebecca is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys yoga, working out at the gym and spinning. She is an ambassador for the London fitness studio Psycle.
