Loved it. Was a wonderful Doctor. Gave lots of good advice and easy to speak with.
The application is hopeless with so many glitches. Although I added my mother as a family member it won't let me book an appointment for her. Plus it takes a payment of £4.99 each time I book an appointment although it is meant to be a monthly fee entitling me to unlimited appointments.

Great, no suggestions other than perhaps a clearer line when calling. Call quality was very echoey.
Lovely doctor. I seem to speak to him on a regular basis - he probably thinks I'm mad with all my issues. He is really professional with superb knowledge, friendly and extremely helpful. Fantastic GP, fantastic service.

We currently do not have this functionality in the app, though this is something we are looking into. In the meantime, if you do wish to book a consultation with a particular GP please contact our support team.
Very understanding caring empathetic and attentive GP would highly recommend, I would also highly recommend the Babylon service on whole.

Very attentive, and asked questions regarding health prior to the accident; which was highly relevant to the appointment! Though there were issues with sound, the content of the doctor to which I spoke with was what I based the rating on. Provided in-depth notes which showed active listening. Awesome doxtor! A wonderful service that gave me access to a doctor on a Sunday morning, face to face chat so I could show symptom pictures. The Doctor was very nice, answered all my questions, sent a prescription, gave advice and put my mind at rest. What's not to like!
There were problems with the prescription and when I called to query it wasn't the easiest call at all. A pity , as the rest of the consultation was pretty good.

Phone Line quality was poor.
Connection initially quite poor at your end and I couldn't hear the Dr. Dr had to call back three times.

Unbelievable - I've waited a month so far to see a GP and I was able to see a Babylon GP inside 2 minutes - literally. Very good consultation and a video and copy of all the notes available immediately after. This is how a medical service should work. Outstanding.
This is the second time I have had connectivity issues. I have checked and those issues were not on my side. I say that as an IT professional whose role includes network engineering, and having checked my internet connectivity straight after the call. I am getting 13mpbs up an 8mpbs down on this connection.
Unfortunately there are times where we experience connectivity issues on our GPs end. We are always working hard to ensure all consultations go ahead without these issues occurring. Please contact our support team if this is a common issue for you.
Reception was intermittent and some delays in feed.
Saved no time for me no answers, I would have been better to try an get a consultation with my gp practice. Which I now have to do and could of done instead of this.
