About Monitor
Monitor contains features that can help you achieve and sustain a positive mental outlook and healthier lifestyle by self-tracking your mood, activity, and other wellness indicators.
You may be able to access certain additional Digital Health Tools through the Babylon app related to COVID-19. Monitor provides information about COVID-19 to help you understand when you might need medical advice, and provides tips to help you look after yourself. If you sign up for a COVID-19 Care Plan, you can track your symptoms in Monitor and receive reminders and self-care information.
Content in Monitor is intended for informational purposes only. It is sourced from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and available practice guidelines. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical management of any disease or condition, including COVID-19. It is not monitored by and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. Monitor is intended only for adults who are currently located in the United States. It is not intended for use during pregnancy.
If you sign up for a COVID-19 Care Plan, you can track your symptoms in Monitor and receive reminders and self-care information. If you sign up for a Care Plan, you accept the risk of electronic protected health information (ePHI) being communicated to you via email.
Live Chat, if available, allows you to chat with a support agent who can answer general, non-medical questions you have about COVID-19 and help you make decisions about seeking appropriate medical care.

Monitor may also provide access to a Mood Tracker, which allows you to self-track your mood over time. It does not provide any other information and is not monitored by a clinician. Mood Tracker is not intended to be used for diagnostic, treatment, or medical management of any disease or condition, including your mental health. Mood Tracker is not suitable to use if you are experiencing symptoms requiring emergency intervention such as thoughts of harming yourself or others. If you are in need of urgent help or concerned you may have an undiagnosed mental health condition, please seek advice from your doctor.
Additionally, Monitor may provide you with the option of setting up push notification medication reminders for yourself. Medication reminders are an extra prompt to help you remember to take your medication(s). You should never rely on them alone. If you set up medication reminders, you are solely responsible for taking your medication(s) according to the prescribed dose and frequency, and you understand that we will not be liable for any outcome in connection with your use of and reliance on medication reminders. Please note that medication reminders are not automatically rescheduled when you change timezones. If you want to reschedule your reminders for a different timezone, you must do so manually.
If you sign up for a Care Plan or push notifications through Monitor, you accept the risk of unencrypted health information being communicated to you, which could be seen by others.
