If you or your family have the MO HealthNet Managed Care Health Plan and Home State Health is your insurance provider, you may qualify based on your zip code. Sign up today to see if this benefit is available to you or your family. Even if you’re not eligible for Babylon Primary Care, you may still be eligible for other telehealth benefits, available through Home State Health.

Can I still use Babylon Primary Care if I already have a primary care provider (PCP)?
Yes. If you’re eligible for Babylon Primary Care, it doesn’t mean you have to change your primary care provider to access other benefits. You can still use Babylon’s 24/7 video appointments for therapy, after-hours emergencies (non-life-threatening medical issues), or for when you can’t reach your current primary care provider. Also, Babylon’s Care Team will work with that provider to coordinate your care.

No. Even though most Babylon Primary Care services are offered through the Babylon app, our Care Team can coordinate in-person doctor visits. We can even help arrange transportation to get you there!
