How it works
As a babylon GP you will be at the forefront of digital healthcare providing excellent and accessible patient care. You will be providing digital consultations and responding to general health care queries from our members. You will have the ability to work from home allowing you to be more flexible, balancing work and family life.
You will be part of a growing team of fellow GPs and will be supported by our babylon clinical team who are on hand to assist you when you’re on session. Further still, we support your development and offer free training courses which are CPD accredited.

What we offer
Our clinicians are our most valuable resource and so we have a unique, lucrative package available to Doctors able to work 8 or more regular hours with us each week:
- Annual salary package of £80,000 with a 25% uplift on this for evenings and weekends (this is based on working 40 hours per week and so pro-rata if less than this)

If you are unable to commit to 8 regular hours weekly, we also have a self-employed, 0-hour contract available which includes:
- Hourly rate of £80 all Saturday and Sunday, hourly rate of £70 for 6-10pm weekdays and hourly rate of £50 for 8am-6pm weekdays.
- Full medical indemnity cover paid for by babylon
- CPD-qualified training sessions on digital healthcare
