Our COVID-19 Care Assistant

How it works

The Babylon app is your COVID-19 care assistant. The app offers Health Net Commercial members the latest information about COVID-19.

The Babylon app covers topics like self-isolation and the safest ways to take care of someone who has COVID-19. This information comes from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

Here’s how the app can help:

Check your symptoms

The Babylon app will guide you through a thorough symptom check. If needed, the app will create a COVID-19 care plan based on your needs.

Care plan and monitoring

The Babylon app will check in daily with the steps you can take to help take care of yourself. It’ll also help you monitor your symptoms. If medical care is needed, you can speak with a telehealth provider or get help finding additional medical services.

Virtual appointments and referrals

If you need more healthcare services, the Babylon app can connect you with a healthcare provider for a video appointment or help you find additional medical services.

Translation services are free of charge. Just tap "Request a Translator" when you book your appointment.
